Contabilidad administrativa y auditoría financiera: Análisis de su influencia en la gestión estratégica del talento humano en empresas multinacionales panameñas

Las empresas multinacionales establecidas en Panamá operan bajo exigencias simultáneas de control financiero, transparencia, eficiencia regional y disponibilidad de talento especializado. Sin embargo, la literatura suele estudiar la contabilidad administrativa, la auditoría financiera y la gestión estratégica del talento humano como campos separados, lo que limita la comprensión de sus mecanismos de integración. El objetivo de este artículo es proponer y fundamentar un modelo cuantitativo para analizar la influencia de la contabilidad administrativa y la auditoría financiera sobre la gestión estratégica del talento humano en empresas multinacionales panameñas. Se plantea un diseño no experimental, transversal y explicativo, con aplicación de un cuestionario a responsables de finanzas, auditoría, recursos humanos y planificación de empresas acogidas al régimen de Sedes de Empresas Multinacionales. El instrumento será sometido a validez de contenido mediante el índice de Lawshe modificado por Tristán-López y a evaluación de confiabilidad mediante alfa de Cronbach y confiabilidad compuesta. El contraste se realizará con modelado de ecuaciones estructurales por mínimos cuadrados parciales (PLS-SEM). Se espera que la utilidad estratégica de la información contable y la calidad del aseguramiento financiero expliquen significativamente la planificación, medición, desarrollo y retención del talento. El aporte principal es el Modelo Integrado de Información Contable, Aseguramiento y Talento Humano (MIICATH), que conecta sistemas financieros y decisiones de personas sin presentar estimaciones como evidencia observada antes de la recolección de datos.
