Impacto de la Ansiedad ante la Física en la Capacidad de Resolución de Problemas: Un Análisis Correlacional en Estudiantes de Bachillerato

Resumen

Esta investigación estudio la conexión entre la capacidad para resolver problemas y la ansiedad hacia la Física, fue analizada en 125 estudiantes de bachillerato del Distrito Educativo 10D01 de la Zona 1. El inconveniente es que los componentes emocionales abruman la memoria de trabajo, lo que obstaculiza la manipulación de conceptos abstractos. Se descubrió que un 32,8% de la muestra tiene alta ansiedad cognitiva, y que hay una diferencia significativa entre sexos, siendo las estudiantes el género favorecido. Esto se encontró mediante un diseño cuantitativo y con una herramienta muy confiable (α=0.906). Se observó una relación negativa significativa entre la ansiedad cognitiva y la fase de ejecución técnica en el análisis de Spearman (r_s=-0.183). A pesar de que el efecto lineal fue mínimo (R^2=0.002) se deduce que la ansiedad interrumpe el ciclo metacognitivo, lo cual afecta la precisión y la comprobación de los resultados. Para aumentar el rendimiento en las materias STEM, es imprescindible añadir al plan de estudios estrategias para regular las emociones
