Actividades Lúdicas y su Impacto en el Desarrollo de Habilidades Sociales en Niños de 4 Años: Un Estudio de Evaluación
Play Activities and Their Impact on the Development of Social Skills in 4-Year-Old Children: An Evaluation Study

Este estudio tiene como objetivo analizar el impacto de las actividades lúdicas en el desarrollo de habilidades sociales en niños de 4 años en una escuela de educación básica del cantón Quevedo, provincia de Los Ríos. Se utilizó un diseño de investigación cuantitativa con la participación de 30 niños. Durante tres meses, se llevaron a cabo diversas actividades recreativas, que incluyeron juegos cooperativos y dinámicas grupales. Las habilidades sociales se evaluaron antes y después de la intervención utilizando un instrumento validado que medía aspectos como la comunicación, el trabajo en equipo y la empatía.
Los resultados indicaron una mejora significativa en las habilidades sociales de los niños. Se observó un aumento notable en la capacidad de interacción, la resolución de conflictos y la expresión emocional. Las actividades lúdicas generaron un entorno propicio para el desarrollo de relaciones interpersonales y el fortalecimiento de los lazos entre los participantes, favoreciendo una mayor cohesión grupal.
Además, se destacó que la implementación de juegos estructurados no solo incentiva la socialización, sino que también impulsa la autoestima y la confianza en los niños. Estos hallazgos resaltan la importancia de integrar actividades lúdicas en el currículo escolar, evidenciando su papel fundamental en el desarrollo integral de los niños.
