Neurodidáctica sociocrítica y autonomía en el aprendizaje del inglés: una revisión sistemática integrativa

La autonomía constituye una capacidad esencial para que el estudiante gestione conscientemente su aprendizaje; sin embargo, su desarrollo en la enseñanza del inglés como lengua extranjera depende de procesos cognitivos, afectivos, comunicativos y pedagógicos que suelen estudiarse de manera fragmentada. El objetivo de esta investigación fue integrar la evidencia científica reciente sobre neurodidáctica, autorregulación, emoción, motivación, interacción y mediación docente vinculada con el aprendizaje autónomo del inglés, interpretándola desde una perspectiva sociocrítica. Se realizó una revisión sistemática integrativa de publicaciones entre 2016 y 2026, siguiendo las directrices PRISMA 2020 y PRISMA-S. De 147 registros inicialmente identificados, 20 estudios cumplieron los criterios de inclusión. Los hallazgos se organizaron en cinco categorías: neurocognición, afectividad y motivación, autorregulación y autonomía, interacción comunicativa y mediación docente. Los resultados muestran que la autonomía emerge de la interacción entre metacognición, funciones ejecutivas, regulación emocional, participación y acompañamiento pedagógico. Se propone un marco de neurodidáctica sociocrítica que articula autonomía emancipatoria, diálogo intersubjetivo y transformación docente, orientando la enseñanza del inglés hacia una progresiva soberanía cognitiva del estudiante.
