Asistentes virtuales con inteligencia artificial para fortalecer el aprendizaje autónomo en estudiantes de Educación Básica

El uso de asistentes virtuales basados en inteligencia artificial ha adquirido relevancia como estrategia para proporcionar orientación inmediata, retroalimentación personalizada y apoyo continuo al aprendizaje. El objetivo de esta investigación fue analizar la contribución de estos asistentes al fortalecimiento del aprendizaje autónomo en estudiantes de Educación Básica. Se desarrolló una revisión bibliográfica integrativa mediante una búsqueda sistematizada de literatura científica relacionada con inteligencia artificial, asistentes conversacionales, aprendizaje autónomo, autorregulación y educación escolar. Se examinaron 29 publicaciones, de las cuales 19 cumplieron los criterios de inclusión y conformaron el corpus definitivo. La información se organizó mediante una matriz de análisis que consideró las características de los estudios, los usos educativos de los asistentes, las dimensiones del aprendizaje autónomo abordadas y los principales resultados reportados. Los hallazgos muestran que estas herramientas pueden favorecer la planificación de tareas, la búsqueda de información, la retroalimentación inmediata, el seguimiento del progreso, la motivación y la participación estudiantil. No obstante, los beneficios dependen de la mediación docente, el diseño pedagógico, la alfabetización en inteligencia artificial y la capacidad del estudiante para evaluar críticamente las respuestas recibidas. También se identificaron riesgos asociados con la dependencia tecnológica, la aceptación acrítica de información, la disminución del esfuerzo cognitivo y las desigualdades de acceso. Se concluye que los asistentes virtuales pueden fortalecer el aprendizaje autónomo cuando se incorporan como recursos de andamiaje y no como sustitutos del razonamiento, la interacción pedagógica o la responsabilidad del estudiante sobre su propio proceso formativo.
