Análisis de tendencias y desafíos en programas pedagógicos escolares para la prevención y acompañamiento del abuso sexual infantil en contextos rurales

Resumen

El abuso sexual infantil plantea desafíos para las instituciones educativas rurales, donde la prevención requiere vincular enseñanza, detección, protección y acompañamiento ante condiciones territoriales que pueden afectar el acceso a servicios especializados, por esta razón el estudio tuvo como objetivo analizar tendencias y desafíos de programas pedagógicos escolares orientados a prevenir y acompañar este fenómeno, mediante una revisión sistemática guiada por PRISMA 2020 que examinó publicaciones de 2025 y 2026 recuperadas en Scopus, Web of Science, ScienceDirect, SAGE Journals y Taylor & Francis Online, tras el proceso de identificación, cribado y elegibilidad se incluyeron 25 estudios, cuyos hallazgos muestran que la mediación pedagógica fortalece el reconocimiento de riesgos si se relaciona con formación docente, rutas institucionales y seguimiento, mientras la ruralidad, la discapacidad y otras desigualdades pueden modificar las posibilidades de protección, en consecuencia, la evidencia indica que los programas escolares requieren continuidad entre prevención primaria, detección, respuesta institucional y acompañamiento informado por el trauma, con participación de familias y redes comunitarias.
