Accesibilidad e interactividad en cursos autogestivos: evaluación de un NOOC de Marketing en Redes Sociales en Moodle

Abstract

Los cursos autogestivos en línea suelen enfrentar limitaciones en accesibilidad, interactividad y motivación, lo que reduce su efectividad. Este estudio evaluó el impacto de integrar recursos educativos interactivos en un Nano Open Online Course (NOOC) de Marketing en Redes Sociales, diseñado en Moodle bajo el modelo instruccional ADDIE y alineado con la Norma UNE 71362:2020, con el fin de mejorar la accesibilidad y fortalecer competencias en marketing digital. La investigación, de enfoque mixto, se aplicó a un grupo piloto de usuarios mayores de 15 años de la Universidad Autónoma del Estado de Hidalgo. El proceso metodológico incluyó diagnóstico, planeación, diseño, desarrollo, implementación y evaluación. Se utilizaron encuestas tipo Likert basadas en las dimensiones de la Norma UNE 71362:2020 (didáctica, tecnológica y accesibilidad), complementadas con preguntas abiertas analizadas con minería de texto. Los resultados mostraron altos niveles de satisfacción, con un alfa de Cronbach de 0.865 que confirmó la fiabilidad del instrumento. La eficacia didáctica presentó altos valores en adaptabilidad y claridad; la interactividad y motivación fueron menores aunque positivas. En la dimensión tecnológica destacó el diseño, pero la portabilidad fue un reto. En accesibilidad, los recursos fueron valorados favorablemente, aunque la navegación requirió ajustes. En conclusión, el NOOC fortaleció accesibilidad e interactividad, promoviendo aprendizaje autónomo e inclusivo.
