Patrones de consumo de alimentos ultra procesados y estado emocional en población universitaria: análisis cuantitativo

Este estudio analiza los patrones de consumo de alimentos ultraprocesados y su relación con el estado emocional en una población determinada. El objetivo fue identificar la frecuencia de consumo y evaluar posibles asociaciones con emociones como estrés, ansiedad o bienestar. Se utilizó un enfoque cuantitativo mediante encuestas aplicadas a los participantes para recolectar información sobre hábitos alimentarios y aspectos emocionales. Los resultados permiten comprender cómo la alimentación puede influir en la salud mental y contribuyen a promover estrategias de educación nutricional para mejorar el bienestar general.
